Situated in a quiet residential area, Nkosi is the third addition to the Bayete Collection.

Nkosi Guest Lodge has 24 rooms all in the superior category, 2 of which are wheelchair accessible. All rooms are equipped with a large en-suite bathroom, a spacious shower and a bath tub.

The pool Is overlooked by the restaurant and executive bar where our top class chefs serve delicious food everyday.

Nkosi Guest Lodge has been designed with a focus on providing guests with adequate space for socialising and relaxing whilst on holiday in Victoria Falls. All room rates include a Full English Breakfast, which is served in the dining area every morning.

Our management are also happy to book all of your Victoria Falls transfers and activities, during your stay, or if you would prefer to be organised before you arrive, just have a chat to one of our reservations team members and they can plan these in advance for you. From high wire activities and white water rafting to relaxing boat cruises or helicopter flights, there is an activity for everyone.

During down time between activities, or when you just want to explore, our duty managers will glady give advise on places to go and see, whether this be a great local restuarant, curio markets, or just the town in general. 

Nkosi Guest Lodge

Green Tourism

From the beginning our aim is to make Nkosi Guest Lodge as environmentally friendly as possible. There are plans to have the lodge capable of running entirely on solar power. Furthermore, we will have inverters and batteries where needed. To reduce water wastage, especially since we are facing drought, a grey water system will be used for watering gardens.

The green policies and plans of The Bayete Collection will also be brought into play at Nkosi Guest Lodge. This will be to ensure that waste from the lodge is minimised, and that Nkosi will support the local community and environment.

  • Beautiful, modern and clean with the most wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. We couldn't have wished for better accommodation for our 4 day visit.
    Booking activities and taxis was made so easy by Nkosi's staff and the breakfast was always a great start to the day.
    The mosquito nets in the rooms are fantastic but remember your Mozzie repellent for when you are outside as the Victoria Falls mosquitos are on another level to the lovely and moisturizing natural repellent provided in the rooms.
    Thank you for having us Nkosi, we hope to visit again one day.

    Liked · Lovely guest lodge! Great location within reach of the victoria falls centre and the waterfall! The staff were so lovely and attentive, special thanks to Gugulethu for his excellent service at the restaurant! The mosquito nets over the bed were well built and very effective. I would 100% book again and recommend to family and friends! Thank you Nkosi ☺️
